Led by Michelle Lloyd-Miah from MeditationButterfly, this quarterly workshop series offers an opportunity to step out of our comfort zones and create a sacred space to identify and express our intentions. Using breathwork, gratitude, and writing exercises together, we’ll learn to quiet outside noise and distractions and instead turn inward for guidance and direction.
Through moments of self-reflection and exploration, we’ll learn to focus and progressively gain clarity on what we want to experience—and how we want to experience it—throughout the year.
